Theme park fans will be queuing up to visit the latest attraction in Dubai when it opens its doors later in 2015. The site, which covers a whopping 1.5 million square feet, will be the biggest indoor theme park in the world.
IMG Worlds of Adventure hopes to become one of the world’s major entertainment and leisure attractions. It expects to attract around 20,000 visitors each day when it first opens. The indoor site is easily accessible from the region’s luxury rentals and will be packed with plenty of rides and attractions for everyone.
The theme park has four individual zones for visitors to explore: Lost Valley – Dinosaur Adventure, Marvel, Cartoon Network, and IMG Boulevard. It will offer some of the best rides and attractions in the world, and some global firsts are expected to be announced prior to opening.
The Lost Valley will recreate the prehistoric world with exhilarating dinosaur-based rides designed to transport visitors back millions of years.
The Marvel zone will focus on iconic superheroes such as Spiderman, Iron Man, The Avengers, and The Hulk.
Within the Cartoon Network area, visitors can have fun alongside their favorite Powerpuff Girls, Ben 10, and Lazy Town characters.
To top off the park, IMG Boulevard has retail outlets, restaurants, and interactive attractions to provide even more fun. Visitors will also be able to watch the latest blockbusters in a 12-screen Novo Cinema complex, which will feature two VIP theaters and an IMAX screen.
