According to the latest figures released by Visit Seattle, a record number of tourists visited the city last year. The data shows that 19.2 million people stayed in the city overnight in 2014, which is a rise of 3.7 per cent on 2013. Across the whole of the US, visitor numbers rose by just 3 per cent.
