Those who are crazy about Harry Potter will be ready with their wands to experience the latest addition to the Universal Studios theme park in Hollywood, California. The major visitor destination has recently announced that the new “Wizarding World of Harry Potter” is set to open there next spring. There are already Wizarding Worlds open at Universal Studios in Osaka, Japan, and Orlando, Florida, both of which have proved extremely popular with visitors.

People who are visiting California can book their accommodation in Los Angeles and transport themselves to Hogwarts for the day. Those behind the theme park experience spend a great deal of time and effort to ensure that visitors to the attraction truly feel like they are part of the magical world.

A replica of Hogwarts Castle will be a focal point of the park, which will feature the “Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey” attraction. This is billed as a 3D-HD adventure and will be the main attraction of the park. The resort will also include its first outdoor roller coaster with the family-friendly “Flight of the Hippogriff”.

Guests to the Wizarding World will also be able to dine and buy refreshments at the Hog’s Head Pub or the Three Broomsticks. You might even be able to taste some Butter Beer or try your luck with the Every Flavor Beans. There will be eight retail outlets where visitors can pick up their Harry Potter-themed gifts and souvenirs before flying back home on their broomsticks.
